Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Blurred Vision And Fatigue After Applying A Transdermal Patch?
My husband 68 reports blurriness in one eye, nausea, and fatigue after applying 14 mg patch. He said the blurriness subsided but he does seem fatigued which could be from multiple other reasons like heart disease and other meds. What do you think about this patch for him?
You are saying your husband is applying 14 mg patch. But we should know the name of the patch. From my records, there is only NiQuitin 14 mg dermal patch.
This is used to relieve or prevent craving from nicotine withdrawal symptoms. It can serve as an aid for smokers who quit smoking.
Check his blood pressure and take off the dermal patch if it is NiQuitin.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
