What Causes Blurry Vision Persistently With No Other Symptoms?

Hello, I have been having blurry vision almost like a dizziness for a week now. I have taken an antibiotic for 1 week, thinking it could be sinus issues. I have since gotten a pair of glasses, knowing I have needed them for some time. What do you think the issue could be. Also had labs fone in De. they were fine. No inner ear inffection and BP was fine.
