Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to upper respiratory infection /sinusitis. Examination by ENT specialist or GP will be helpful to rule out and to manage this. Antibiotic therapy will e required in this case. I usually suggest broad spectrum antibiotics like Co-amoxiclav in such cases in my patients. Taking anti histamines like Zyrtec (cetirizine) , nasal decongestant sprays like xylometazoline (otrivin) and chewable vitamin C is good also. Hope this may help you.
