What Causes Body Chills Along With Muscle Ache And Fever?

Headache, chilling, muscle aches, fever, hard to breathe, right leg breaks out in a rash with small blisters- front shine feels hot to the touch, top of head hurts and sore to the touch. Last about 3-4 days for weakness to go away. Headache starts about a week before the other symptoms begin. Has be happening for the last 3 years.

Would you please attach a picture of the blisters? Is there any pathology diagnosed until now? Did you do any blood test or cardiac examination?
