What Causes Body Chills Along With Tightness Around Spinal Cord?

I m trying to get some rest before I go to work tonight, but my lower back between the top of hip bone to where the rib cage starts feels like it is under a ice bath. I m under a blanket and still I m still shaking, not a lot moment, just enough to notice. I feel no pain but tightness around the spiral column and very strong coldness about mid way. It s feels weird. I like the cold to sleep but not this much. Heating pad doesn t help, the heat doesn t go deep enough. The coldness is about 3 to 4 deep.I did it s weird.

This is not because of any disease but may be due to some functional condition, anxiety, depression, stress could be the reason behind this, try to relax and stop worrying, everything would be fine soon, take care and have a nice day.

it can be urinary tract infection. keep overnight urine smple and get it examined in morning in morning consult neurologist for problem.
