Chills through the night 101.6 temp in am. Played golf in the evening cold no wind. 50 s. muscle cramps lower legs front and back. Took ADVIL. SLEPT 2 hrs. Cramps back then subsided. Everything aches. Have had flu and pneumonia shots. Nausea but just ate sm sndwich
