General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM!
Your test results suggest that you are or have suffered from a streptococcal infection.
The further course of your treatment depends on your ASO titre.

If I were your treating doctor, I'd would -

1. Start you on antibiotic to get rid of streptococcal infection.

2. Start an analgesic like Diclofenac sodium for pain relief (bodyaches)

3. The bad taste is probably due to post nasal drip. An antihistaminic (cetrizine) will relieve you.

Kindly visit your doctor and get your treatment done. Streptococcal infection needs proper and prompt treatment.

Hope I've solved your query. Feel free to ask if you have any doubt.

Regards,
Dr. Sridhar Reddy
