What Causes Body Pain, Sore Throat And General Feeling Of Unwellness?

hi ive been feeling unwell for quite sometime now ( months and months) , headaches, pains in right side of chest , pain in armpits, aching in calve muscles, pain in neck , sore throat on one side , sweating , restless nights, not sleeping well, sore -red penis , pain when urinating, temperature, bad breath, eyes watering , flu like feeling , aches a;; over that come and go !!! just a general feeling of unwellness! please help me as its destroying my life . the sore penis is the worst thing, ive had that for years, been tested and nothing showed up at the gum clinic , could i have h.i.v because ive looked up the symptoms and it seems that i have all the symptoms????? please reply. thanks

These many symptoms could be due to a bunch of different causes. HIV is one possibility. Get checked for that if you haven't already. Different infections (including tuberculosis), diseases like lupus, fibromyalgia, stress, depression, and many other conditions might be causing this. To figure out what is causing this, you need to see a doctor and have a complete evaluation. Hope this answers your query.
