What Causes Body Tremors Along With Headaches?

I have a friend, son 11y/o began having seizure like activity. becoming unconscious, jerking, it begins with a headache and then progresses to gasping type symptoms. Per MD at the hospital EEG negative. Her son states the first time it happened, he was at school in his desk when things started getting dark, he could not see, laid his head on his desk and still could hear and knew what was going on around him.

Hello dear.
I would advise you to get him a CT scan brain with contrast.Without a detailed neurological examination and relevant history,i m unable to make a definitive diagnosis but i would like to know the family history of epilepsy.A negative EEG doesnt rule out this disease. Moreover a sudden history of such altered behavior/seizure could be the early signs of a space occupying lesion.
