What Causes Body Tremors While On Keppra?
I work with a 4 year old child who has recently had his Keppra doubled due to his growth and an increase in his seizure activity. Today I noticed he was very shaky and unable to control tremors in his hands, which upon further examination seemed to be going all over his body. Is this a common side effect of increasing Keppra?

Keppra is an anti-epileptic drug, also called an anticonvulsant. Keppra is used to treat partial onset seizures in adults and children.
So I think the problem is that the child is not taking the right dose of keppra or he is not stabilised yet by the increased dose of keppra.
