What Causes Body Tremors,dizziness And Extreme Insomnia?
I have just recently been released from jail. I now find myself having problems in public. Going to work or even the store makes me shaky and nauseous. I feel dizzy, my palms sweat and I become very snappy and irritable. I have also been having extreme insomnia Especially if I was out and about that day. What is wrong with me? I should be enjoying freedom instead I find I dread it. How do I go about fixing whatever is wrong with me?

this can be due to post traumatic stress disorder,depression or anxiety neurosis , which you may be suffering after your release from jail.
i would suggest you to visit a psychiatrist to get counselled and get treated for this problem.
please try to avoid stress and do not recall the previous events.
