Hi , I have been suffering from breast pain for 10 days.it s started after my mense after 10 days of its completion. I m 39 years old.I shown to doc n prescribed medicine mecgla cap...in mammography no lump,.... etc found only mentioned history of mastalgia . Since I went the all the test 6 month back n that time pain was on the centre of chest n right side down of breast nothing came out . This time now the pain is little more in advance ..type...feeling pain especially at night at the left side down of breast which travel from centre to left n right bottom of breast in ribs... Worried much. Right now using only primosa cap only nt started yet mecgla as it is found pain killer . Pls let me know wht shd I do further and wht is the role of mecgla.. Gyn doc said she found grainy fibrocystic in the Breast
Go for ultrasound of both breast. For fibrocystic changes and mastalgia, follow up scans is required. Breast pain post menstruation in fibrocystic disease and mastalgia is present.
