What Causes Breast Pain?

Hi, One year four months ago, i had surgery on my breast. I was breast feeding then. My baby was eight and half months old then. I noticed a growing red spot under my nipple. I went to the hospital and they found pores in my breast, probably caused by congiled breast milk. They removed pores by cutting breast and cleaning the inside for some days. I stopped breast feeding and everything was ok. Some weeks ago i noticed pain close to the nipple. Now the pain is getting intense. What may be the cause? Can it be because of what happenned then? What do you advice me to do now?
