What Causes Breathing Difficulty Along With Blackout In The Field Of Vision?

today I had this moment when I couldn t breathe properly and I didn t know what was happening. I felt like I was going to die and the corners of my vision turned black and the music I was listening to wasn t right. It felt like I was listening to something while I was underwater and i thought I was dying. What happened to me?

Hello,

You had sudden dizziness and blackout along with difficult breathing. For that cardiac causes has to be searched for. Your work-up done as follows:
• Auscultation
• EKG
• 2D echocardiography if needed
• Ophthalmologist reference if needed
• Blood pressure measurement
• If slurred speech or any other sign of transient ischemic attack present then CT scan is needed

According to cause specific treatment is given. Consult physician or cardiologist for examination and further work-up accordingly.
