What Causes Breathing Difficulty, Dizziness, Abdominal Pain And Increased Heart Beats?

i've been rushed to hospital 4 times in the last week, each time getting a different diagnosis and given medications that haven't helped. i've suffered severe shakes, breathing difficulties, pins and needles, constant dizziness, sweats, abdominal pain, strong heart beat and so on. all tests done show i'm fine, but i'm not.

Yes, this looks to be related to the anxiety and stress you have; if all the relevant tests of ECG, X-ray chest, ultrasonography and blood tests of thyroid function tests are normal, this is most probably related to the the stress and anxiety.
Get an opinion of the Psychiatrist if your tests are normal.
