Hi I am writing its for my wife she is 30 years old .and she is working as a college lecturer.At presently she has delveloped a problem of breathing difficulties while she climping the steps or walking a small distance.As well as now a days ants are attarcting after urination.she was an asmetic patient during her childhood.62 kg weight
