body mass index (bmi)
you can do it on any website when you type bmi calculator on google
bmi should be less than 25 to say your weight is okay
its good you are health conscious
1.gradual increase in exercise helps you to improve your stamina
2.go for a regular exercise daily same time everyday
3.have a great breakfast,good lunch,but very very little dinner
4.gap of minimum 1 hour between dinner and sleep
5.join a gym ,the trainee helps you to get rid of excess fat in unwanted areas
6.its good you are a vegetarian ,take foods rich in dietary fibre
you can easily go by stairs next time ..........
