Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The symptoms you present may not be related to the problem you had 3 years ago.The cause of your present symptoms could be of respiratory or digestive origins.I would have appreciated if you told HCM the results of the x-rays and echo. However, your Doctor should investigate you for a respiratory/lung infection, and digestive infections.A stool exam/culture with your x-rays and echo results may help identify the cause of the problem.
I will suggest you try the following
-Take an ant-emetic like vogalene if vomiting persist
-Eat well and healthy and food rich in fibers
-You may take enough fruits like pawpaw to facilitate digestion and avoid fruits like bananas which may instead constipate
-You may also take an anti-secretory like omeprazole if any chest burns or signs of acid reflux.
From the diagnostic orientation of your Doctor and from the results of the tests, a more objected management may by prescribed.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
