Hello doctor.I am 32 years old and i have been diagnosed with cervicle spondylitis with bulges at c3-4 C4-5 C5-6 level everything was going well but sudden after doing a wrong exercise everything got worst,i lifted a 5 kg duble and from that day i am feeling problem in speaking, short breathness, tingling feeling in my fingers, toes problem in walking as soon as i walk a feeling somthing is choking my neck.
Hello and welcome to HCM, Cervical spondylitis is characterized by tingling sensation in hands and fingers, dizziness, difficulty while walking etc. Thus, it is likely that the symptoms experienced by you are due to cervical spondylitis. Lifting heavy weights can precipitate or aggravate the symptoms, however, it is unlikely to be the basic cause of these symptoms. The condition can be managed by regular exercise and physiotherapy. Thus, stay in touch with your orthopedician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
