I am a 36 year old female who has served for the past 2 years ...I am a bit overweight weighing 202 at 5 2 ... anyway for the past 8 months I have been bruising in the same spots without injury...they just appear on their own ...always 3 bruises over left ankle ...a big bruise on each foot, a big bruise on the right side of the right leg just below the knee on that side and multiple smaller bruises sporadically over both legs .... they look brown at first like a bruised banana and then turn purple, green, and black ... I would say I get 1 to 2 flare ups a month .. along with this I have heel spurs and plantar fasciitis because I am unable to walk after a 13 to 15 hour shift on my feet/walking and copper compression along with the right shoes relieve this pain ...however with the random bruising I experience extreme fatigue ... though I would ask about the latter before heading into a dr.
