What Causes Brown Spot Under Foreskin After Having Unprotected Sex?
Hello, last night I had unprotected sex with a girl, and this morning, as I was washing my penis, I retracted the foreskin and spotted a very small, dark brown spot under it. It looks like a freckle or a mole. Also my foreskin is very tight usually, and last night during sex, it was a little forced and slightly painful as it retracted. could this spot be the cause of irritated skin?

The brown spot on the forepenis is probably related to clotted blood underneath the mucosa secondary to the injury of retracted foreskin which was forcibly handled during your sexual intercourse with your girlfriend the last night.This might have injured the frenulum of your foreskin.These kind of injuries are more common in boys with tight foreskin/prepuce.This is definitely not a mole or a freckle as per your conviction,since they do not develop overnight.This kind of injury can be managed with ice packing alone with topical emollients.Discuss the above with your family doctor if the problem persists or worsens.Post your further queries,if any.
