hello im 5 weeks pregnant with a hcg level of 1285 and a thick uterus lining and since yesterday everytime i wipe after using the restroom i have brown blood and now with dark brown specks in it. I go get abother hcg test done tomorrow but should i worry is this normal i also have slight cramping here and there...

Your beat HCG levels are normal for 5 weeks . As you have this blood stained discharge it is advisable that you get an ultrasound to check for the viability of the pregnancy as blood stained discharge could also indicate a threatened abortion . You should also discuss with your gynecologist to get on to medications like duphaston and injection proluton depot to help with the pregnancy .
