What Causes Brown Spotting During The Time Of Pregnancy?

I had a miscarriage and got a d&c in october. That time I had spotting of bright red blood and abdominal and back cramps. I am pregnant again. now in my 9th week. I got some brown blood in the beginning. My doctor said it was implantation bleeding. Then in my 7th week I got the brown spotting again with the discharge of some clot/tissue the size of the tip of my little finger. I had an ultrasound the next day and the nurse said everything looks fine. Listened to a heartbeat and she didn't see anywhere where the clot could have come from. Now I am in my 9th week of pregnancy and I got a little brown spotting and a little when I wiped. Is this normal? or should I see my doctor soon?

there could be a local cause of your bleeding. cervical erosion, vulval bleeding which needs to seen and dealt with accordingly. if the baby is doing good then you might not worry for the baby.
