What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge After Having A Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage on 9th January and only did bleed heavy for one day. I am now getting creamy brown discharge just in the mornings (past 3 mornings) and wanted to know if i should worry about it or not? It's not painful and also i have had sore breasts for about 1-2 weeks now.
