What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge Along With Abdominal Cramps Post Infusion Of Depo Shot?
Hi my friend took depo on her ovalation week then next week she had unprotected sex on a Monday. Then one week later she had brown reddish discharge for 3 days with cramps then spotted for a day then her period came. Is she pregnant or is it the depo side effects? ??!?!?!

The description you have given is mainly due to Depo shot. After unprotected sex, what she experienced as discharge, cramps and spotting is mainly due to failure of implantation followed by bleed. Since she has had periods also, pregnancy is not possible.
