What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge And Backache?

I have had a uti and a yeast infection and been taking antibiotics and using creams. Well today as I whiped I noticed dried blood clots on the tolit paper so I checked my undies and there was also dried blood clots there as well. Went to the restroom again this evening and noticed the same thing dried dark red/brown blood clots. Have been sick to my stomach as well and hurting in my back but about half ways up.. what could be causing this?

There are few possibilities for the bleeding-
-Due to the infection,antibiotics taken &the weakness following all of these... can lead to hormonal imbalance...so you are have irregular menses .with nausea.
-The associated infection in genital / pelvic area...is causing the discharge,back ache.
-Possibility of conception &thretened/missed abortion can not be neglected. This can cause untimely bleeding&nausea&back ache too.
*please don't be stressed....methodical assessment would help you.
-You need a through physical & internal examination &necessary investigations to pin point the cause &specific treatment.
