Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Do not worry.
Brownish discharge is usually common after taking emergency morning after pill as a side effect.
It usually occur with in week after taking pill.

Take following advice:
1. Wear pad
2. Wash your vagina with this water twice a day for two to three days with warm water
3. Salt Bath- Wash your vagina with concentrated salt water whenever you feel the itch. This will give you great relief instantly and prevent further multiplication of bacteria.
4. Keeping The Vagina Dry (Not wet, clean well)
5. Wear Loose Clothing
6. Use fragrance free shop

But if brown discharge is very foul smelling and fleshy associated with severe pain in lower abdomen , you should consult the doctor.
Because long time its presence suggest Pelvic inflammatory disease.
Cause of it are:
1. STD :90% case due to gonorrhea and chlamydia.
2. Risk factor: sexually active teenagers
3. Douching increased risk
4. Previous history of PID.

If you have fever and severe cramps in presence of folu smell discharge after 10-11 days, you should consult gynecologist.
Do the following test
1. Pelvic examination: tender in PID
2. USG
3. ELISA and Nucleic acid amplification test to diagnose STD infection

Treatment of PID
1. Antibiotic: Ampicillin-sulbactam plus doxyxyxline
2. Analgesic: Meftal spas
3. Paracetamol for Fever
4. Cetrizine if itching.

I think first you wait for 4-5 days, it will resolved.
If not follow above advice.

Hope this may help you
Wish you good health
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
