What Causes Brownish Discharge During Menstruation?

HELP!
IM FREAKING OUT.

Recently, I accidentally got hit near my stomach and vagina area.
I am already finished with my period cycle. It has been about two weeks.
But, starting from yesterday, I have been having brownish mucus, string and blood on my underwear. Today it got a bit worse, a small blob of mucus mixed with red blood. It's mostly light red with a bit of brown
I am a virgin, don't really masturbate, though I was wearing something a bit too tight, in terms of underwear.
What should I do!!

I really appreciate your concern, the bleeding may not be due to injury but it could be due to irregular menses and this is nothing to worry because such symptoms are pretty common in female which really do not need any treatment, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
