Hello there i am a 25 year old female, have been feeling very tired for almost a year having no energy, have had anemia before and was getting vitamin b12 injections but these were stopped due to normal blood levels coming back over a year ago. recently between periods i have been getting a smelly brown discharge with black stringy bits in it and today 2 weeks after my period i had the same discharge which has turned to bright red blood when i wipe. what could this be?
