General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. You need to consult an orthopedic surgeon, who will take an xray and see if there is any injury to the arm. In case there is a fracture or crack then the doctor may immobilize your arm with POP cast. In case there is no fracture, the doctor may prescribe pain killers and ask you to put ice packs. In any case do not neglect. Consult an orthopedician. Because later it may cause deformities.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
