Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As the symptoms of pins and needles indicate nerve entrapment. It can be at the cervical spine level but we need an assessment to advise for MRI.

Doing exercises like static neck exercises, shoulder stabilization exercises, upper limb strengthening exercises should help reduce the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
