What Causes Bulge In The Legs, Ulcerated Sore On Heels And Tiredness?
just today, my let leg especially is quite swollen and have notice what appears to be water in an area that looks like I have skinned it. a year ago this week I had an episode of afib I have since lost 60 lbs. Have quit smoking and was feeling so much better until this last week, also I have an ulcerated sore on my right heel that won t heal either.my blood pressure take around 3 p.m. by the wound clinic in my area it was 136/38---which this bottom number is the lowest it has ever been. I am also extremely tired
* The bulge in legs, low blood pressure (diastolic) with extreme tiredness indicates cardiac dysfunction most likely as there is past history of atrial fibrillation as well.
Immediately contact 911 and reach an ER nearby for best evaluation with vital parameters, x-ray chest, EKG and needed lab tests for the best possible medical treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
