What Causes Bump On The Arm Post Popping Of Burnt Wound?

I got a burn on my arm about a month ago or maybe even more from taking something out of the oven. It got bigger the next day than it did the first day, so I popped it with a needle because I knew that if I did, water would come out. After doing so, it healed like my other previous burns have, but this time, it left a bump and since then, it hasn t gone away. It just kind of sticks out on my arm and I just want to know what it is and how can I remove it?
