What Causes Bumps On Shaft Of Penis And In Pubic Region?

I have had a bumps on the shaft of my penis for about three weeks now and about a few on my pubic hair area. Subsequently I had one similar spot in my armpit which has disappeared. But the bumps on my penis persists. I have also had a cold with massive sneezing. What might be wrong with me?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having folliculitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching and NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
