What Causes Burning And Tingling Sensation In Penis Along With Yellowish Urine?

I have recently had a burning/tingling sensation in my penis for about a week. I had protected sex once in my life about a year ago. I am 23. I suffer from acne on my body especially on my back. I do not have any pain urinating and my urine is yellowish. My diet consists of a lot of caffeine and fast food. The burning/tingling sensation only seems to happen at night. I don t feel it at all during the day. I also have seemed to find some whitish spots on my penis but I think those are harmless. I don t really itch down in that region to often except for my anal region. What can this be?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Burning / tingling sensation on the penis could be due to infection of the urinary tract.
Thus, an urine routine examination will be helpful in identifying the causative micro-organism. or any other evidence of infection.
The whitish spots on the penis needs to be examined clinically to know the source of the lesions.
Thus, consult your health care provider as soon as possible for further work up.
