What Causes Burning Gas Leakage In The Lower Portion Of The Body?

The patient is affected badly from gas leakage burning mainly in the lower portion of the body.Now it appears that the affected portion have dried up

But the patient feels pain and movement has become a problem for him,if not properly treated it may affect the tissues as the present doctors say. What to do now.
