What Causes Burning Pain In The Neck?

i am having a burning pain in my neck on the right side as well as my shoulder in the joint and on the upper part of my arm. I was in a car accident in 2013 and I think I reinjured my shoulder while lifting something I can barely move my arm or sleep on my side it is on the right side.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to nerve compression, muscle spasm, vitamin B12 deficiency.
I would suggest to consult the orthopedics and undergo vaginal examination and chest Xray.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet Etoricoxib + Thiocolchicoside, two times a day after meal
Tablet Pregabalin once a day at the bed time
Tablet methylcobalamine once daily
Tablet Ranitidine 150 mg twice daily before meal
Application of Diclofenac (Volini) gel twice daily
Warm pad application
Neck exercise according to physiotherapist will helpful
