What Causes Burning Sensation In Arm?

I have a burning sensation in my left tricep. It started yesterday evening before bed. I thought nothing of it. But this morning when I was going to get up from bed, using my left arm-I felt this burning/sharp feeling of pain. I feel it now as I write this. I found out I can activate the pain by standing, raising both my hands up (like a watch, both arms at 12) when I take them down to the side (from 12 to 9 and 3. My left arm is 9) my left triceps hurts with this burning.. what can it be? I worked out yesterday, but felt no discomfort then. Thank you
