What Causes Burning Sensation In The Chest And Abdominal Bloating?

Hello Doctor. I appreciate any time you spend reading this. I am female, 46 years old, 29% BMI. I am having stomach upset. It feels like a dull ache/burning feeling between my breasts, but my stomach is bloated and I feel full all the time. I can t eat very much, and even eating or drinking anything doesn t help it. And I seem to be burping alot. We recently (in the last 2 weeks) came home from traveling to Kazakhstan for a two week trip. We ate horsemeat a few times. I don t know what this is, but I had it a few days after we got home, then a week feeling somewhat okay, now it s back to feeling lousy again. I am not a sickly person, so this is a little irritating. :-/ Thank you for any ideas or suggestions. :-) S.D.

hi mam,i'm impressed with your way of elaborating case history.its my pleasure to be of any help to you.first of all dont worry.you are in your menopausal age and added to that you had been on a trip.all these factors contribute to gastritis.i usually suggest my patients to 1)have small amounts of food every 3hrs.please do not fast for too long.2)tab.esmoprazole can be taken in the morning on empty stomach.3)in order to decrease bloating, avoid lying supine immediately after food and put some elevation under your head while sleeping.4)omez insta sachets will be available.1 sachet is to be emptied into a glass of water and to be drunk.it gives a great relief of pain, burning and bloating.5)please try to avoid spicy foods for some time.if your symptoms persist even after using this treatment for 1 week, then you can check for any gall bladder pathology by consulting a gastroenterologist.but with my experience,i feel most of your symptoms will subside with the above medication.if any other issues, kindly let me know as i'm always ready to assist you.take care.thank you.bye.
