General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Sorry to know about the incident.
It seemed the hot food has caused her oesophageal injury.
It is necessary to visit gastroentrologist.
Assessement of injury has to be done upper GI endoscopy.
Intravenous PPIs and antibiotics need to be given for a week or so to help oesophagus recover.
Wish her speedy recovery.
