General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Treatment with medications for tuberculosis includes 3-4 medications at a time and 1-2 of them can cause rash and problems with the skin so it is very likely this can be a side effect of the treatment for tuberculosis. On the other hand you need to talk it with your doctor and not do changes yourself.
There are also other causes of a burning face and the doctor will have to do a thorough examination and rule other causes out first and if he can not find anything else to explain it then he will consider side effect of medications and do proper adjustments.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
