What Causes Burning Sensation While Passing Urine With High WBC?
I have had 'supposed' prostate infections before ... all symptoms such as fever, pain in the perineum, white blood cell count higher......i have had psa test done (apparently nothing alarning) and a cystoscopy (all was OK apparently) . However, I still get occasional tingling/heat in the perimeum area after urinating or ejactuation. I also have mild disc arthritis in L4-L5. Uro does not know why as he said all looks OK....GP said it could be 'pelvic pain Syndrome.... neuro said that she has no opinion what causes it. So, what could it be? Perhaps a lingering infection?
