What Causes Burning Sensation While Urinating?

Hi, I have a burning sensation that starts before urination and even after i urinate. I addition to that i have had a kidney pain for two days, i went to my doctor and he told me that my urine shows no infection? Is it possible to have a kidney stone without having a urine infection?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, that is possible. You should have an ultrasound of your kidneys, kidney function tests and possibly a CT urography.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen
