What Causes Burnt And Chapped Lips In A 10 Year Old?
my 10 year old daughter has recurring chapped lips that spread to the surrounding chin and upper lip area. they look burnt and chapped and hurt alot. she has previous history of the same thing on her thighs and vaginal area. what should i do? none of the over the counter stuff works.

By what you say I feel that this could be dry skin or eczema or a type of atopic dermatitis.
Skin conditions are best diagnosed after directly seeing them. So I suggest that you upload some images of the lips so that I can see and guide you better.
