What Causes Chest And Neck Pain Along With Tiredness?
I have a little bit of chest pain and my right arm hurts having trouble holding things, my neck hurts on the right side. very tired. I went to the hospital and they checked my heart out in aug of this year, they took me by ambulance from work cause I was having chest pains, Heart doctor said my heart looked good they did a thing where they went into my arm. I am just tired of hurting....

I think you may be suffering from spondylitis or cervical spine disease. You should do a neck x-ray to see the conditions of the cervical spine. Probably a pinched nerve in right side is causing you pain.
