Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Her Auscultation should be done first. In asthma bronchoconstriction present and rhonchi heard in examination. So without examination Auscultation can't done. Than if needed spirometry done to confirm asthma. According to cause specific treatment given. For numbness vitamin B12 and diabetes should be checked. Liver and kidney profiles also should be checked. Check thyroid status for numbness by serum TSH estimation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
