What Causes Chest Discomfort While On Losartan For High BP?
hi and thank you, for 3 months now i ve had this feeling of being pent up and i feel it mostly in the middle of my chest. i can t figure out what is wrong with me. irregular heart feeling and seems like there is an issue with my lungs. hard to explain. i m on 100mg s of losartan, 1 a day now for about a year for high blood pressure. i can work all day and i never get tired and never have any chest pains. feels like my chest is buzzing. i feel best a night and early in the morning when i get up. what do i have? please help, i have no medical insurance. thank you

Hello,
It can cause dry cough but never causes chest pain like this. It's better to get an ECG and echo done and not delay it.
