What Causes Chest Heaviness And Tingling Sensation In Right Arm?

I am a 54 yr old female I feel heaviness in my chest im not sure if it is copd I never smoked it just feels difficult to get a deep breath I have been dealing with this since last thur night this afternoon I noticed some numbness and tingling in my right upper arm should I be concerned?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Difficulty in breathing and chest heavyness along with numbness & tingling sensation in arms needs attention to rule out pathology arising out of heart.
Kindly get an ECG and Echocardiogram done. Consult Physician with report for opinion and treatment.
