What Causes Chest Heaviness With High Blood Pressure?

i am male 29, 163 cms, 63 kg.i had a bleeding for several days from my tooth which was very severe of nature . i visited dental doctor, he advised me to remove the tooth. but before i remove the tooth i started feeling pain in my chest , my blood pressure was high, now i am feeling heavy in my heart, now doctor has advised to do stress test. also i have left vericocele (i feel pain while ejaculating). does it have any effects on heart. also i m casual smoker & my alcohol consumption is moderate. i am confused?

your age is not that high but still you being a smoker there is risk factor for heart disease.
you should get your hemoglobin checked and stress to determine whether this is cardiac or not.
Anyway you try to avoid smoking as it causes heart diseases, high blood pressure, consume low salt diet and regular exercises.
is there a family history of heart disease?
