General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned about chest pain. Chest pain can be related to any structure in the chest from the skin inwards (skin, heart, lungs, esophagus, bones, muscles) it can be also be linked to anxiety as suggested by the doctors.

Heart related chest pain tends to occur with activity when the heart is working more.
An EKG shows if there are any issues with the heart.

Palpitations can be related to the heart, low blood count (anemia), thyroid disease or anxiety.

If you have been investigated with an EKG, chest x ray, complete blood count and thyroid then these should show if the heart, lungs , thyroid or blood count are involved in your symptoms.

If these were done and they are normal then you may not need further tests.
It may be anxiety as suggested. If this is the case, counselling and temporary meds (in some cases), would be helpful

I hope this helps
